据《工人日报》报道,9月12日,国家统计局发布的一份报告称,中国的"四纵四横高速铁路网"已基本成型,使中国成为世界上第一个高铁成网运行的国家。
The report said that China's total railway line mileage reached 127,000kilometers by the end of 2017, up 145.6 percent from 1978, with an averageannual growth of 2.3 percent. The distance of China's high-speed rail hit 25,200kilometers, topping the global chart.
报告显示,到2017年末,我国铁路营业总里程达到12.7万公里,较1978年增长145.6%,年均增长2.3%.其中,高铁2.52万公里,居世界第一位。
The figure for electrified railways and double-track rail in China iscurrently 86,600 and 71,800 kilometers, accounting for 68.2 percent and 56.5percent of the country's total railway mileage, ranking first and second in theworld respectively, according to the report.
报告还说,我国电气化铁路里程达8.66万公里,复线铁路里程7.18万公里,电气化率和复线率分别达到68.2%和56.5%,分居世界第一和第二位。
The report also pointed out that high-speed rail not only bringsconvenience to people's lives, but also promotes sharing of regional resourcesand coordinates development of many financial circles, such as theBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle and the Pearl River Delta economiccircle.
报告还指出,高铁不仅给人们的生活带来了便利,也促进了区域资源的共享,协调了如京津冀经济圈、珠三角经济圈等金融圈的发展。
